Mission
Statement
To
provide engraving, foil stamping, blind
embossing and lithography through the work
of dedicated craftsmen, exceeding the expectations
of our demanding, appreciative clients,
enabling them to project a competitively
strong, differentiating image.
History
The
history of Ponté Graphics Co. begins
in 1947 when Al Ponté packed his
young familiy into a 1941 Chevy Coupe and
drove from New York to Phoenix. The master
engraving skill that he brought with him
was learned in New York during the great
depression era. As a young man Al Ponté
created stationery for companies such as
Tiffany of New York. Upon arriving in Phoenix,
he joined Delahanty Engraving Company. After
several years he founded Westfield Engraving,
which in turn purchased Delahanty Engraving.
Then, as now, there are very few engraving
companies in the United States. This exclusivity
is primarily due to the demanding and rigorous
training needed to become a master engraver.
During the most dynamic period of Arizona's
explosive growth, Al Ponté created
stationery for the most influential and
successful people and corporations in the
state. Ponté Graphics Co. today continues
the long tradition of quality work for demanding,
appreciative clients. Our client list currently
encompasses individuals, firms, and corporations
from a spectrum of industries across the
United States.
